3. Orders and Payment

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received. Available payment methods may vary by country. Customers are responsible for verifying which payment methods are available in their location.

4. Processing and Delivery

• Processing time (dispatch): 1 to 3 business days.

• Shipping time after processing: 1 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

• Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China; customs charges may apply.

• Delivery times are estimates only; delays due to high demand, holidays, or customs procedures do not entitle customers to cancellation or a refund.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Return Policy for all conditions. Cancellation after placing an order is not possible, and a refund or chargeback cannot be initiated before the item has been received.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipment if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer. Our liability is in all cases limited to the purchase price of the relevant item. Please always verify your shipping information carefully.

8. Complaints Procedure

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where Robert & Lisa Toronto is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
